Internet: You may place your order using our secure on-line shopping cart system.  All billing and shipping information is collected through a secure server using encryption technology to ensure complete privacy.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship via the United States Post Office, Media Mail.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on where you live relative to Virginia.  Please note that if you pay by sending in a personal check, we will need to hold your order while the check clears our bank (approx. 10 days).  If you need Priority shipping, please indicate this in the "comments" section of your order form.  We will add the appropriate additional fee to your total.

Within Continental USA:  Shipping rates are automatically calculated for you and added to your order via our shopping cart system!  Our minimum shipping charge is $6.00.

International Orders (Including Alaska/Hawaii): Foreign shipping rates are automatically calculated for you and added to your order via our shopping cart system!  Rates & times vary, so please make your choice wisely.  We ship international packages at the customer's risk, so we recommend insurance.  Please specify in the "comments" section of your order form if you would like us to add for insurance.

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

Be sure you have made your selections carefully, and examine your shipment as soon as it arrives.  If you are not satisfied with your order, you will need to contact us within five (5) business days via phone or email for return authorization.   We offer you STORE CREDIT ONLY, which is good for up to one year on anything we sell.  We do NOT issue cash refunds.  Sorry, no store credit on any unauthorized returns!

RETURNED CHECKS:

There will be a $35.00 service charge for any returned checks.
